All our sides are made from scratch fresh everyday. We even hand mash our potatoes. Our burgers are made from fresh ground Sirloin. Our steaks, served on Friday and Saturday's are Certified Angus beef. We do two types of ribs everyday; we start with hand trimmed Tyson Baby Backs. We wet rub some of them and we dry rub some of them. The wets are then glazed with a cherry glaze barbecue sauce.

Please help us out with a share on your FB page! Tomorrow, Saturday, June 6th we will have the grill fired up and ready to grill our famous steaks starting at 11:30am. In addition we will have our jumbo baby back ribs and specialty sides. Lastly, we had planned on starting our summer hours next week due to an unforeseen circumstance. Therefore, our plan is to start them on Tuesday, June 16th. Also, due to many requests, Doordash is coming soon. Just got the new POS system installed that will integrate with Doordash. Please help us out with a share on your FB page! Tomorrow, Friday, June 5th we will have both our famous chargrilled steaks and our jumbo baby back ribs! We only use Angus for our steaks and 3 and down for our baby back ribs. These are the biggest baby backs you can get! We smoke them memphis style with our housemade rub. Get them dry, Memphis style or wet with our cherry glaze housemade BBQ sauce. Come by and see us! Thanks so much!

Please share! Tomorrow, Thursday, June 4th our specials will be our loaded fries or the barbecubano! We start with a bed of crispy Ore Ida Crinkle Cut fries (my favorite, lol) then we top them with pulled pork, chopped chicken or beef brisket, monterey jack cheese, and jalapeno's. Pork or chicken $12, brisket $15. The Barcubano is based on the traditional Cubano in Lil Havana, Miami. We start with a hoagie roll (Can't find real Cuban bread in this area) then comes a layer of pulled pork, a layer of black forest ham, topped with swiss and dill pickle and served with Franks Hot sauce. Just $12. Great sandwich with a great flavor profile!

Please share! Woohoo! Tomorrow, Wednesday, June 3rd is Burnt Ends Wednesday! We take our brisket deckles and points and chill them. We then cut them into cubes and saute' in our house made BBQ sauce, the brown sugar caramelizes and sticks to the cubes of brisket and voila, we have candied Burnt Ends! Truly amazing! We will have plenty of them tomorrow due to a heavy catering schedule over the last week so come and get them, should last the whole day!

Please share! Today, Saturday, May 30th we will have the grill fired up and ready to serve our famous steaks (Ribeye, NY Strip and Filet Mignon), at 11:30am. In addition we will have our famous Jumbo Baby Back Ribs. Lastly, we will begin summer hours on June 9th. We will stay open on Tuesday to Thursday until 6pm. This will also allow us to do our 1/2 or whole smoked chicken special. We will be posting some reels introducing new menu items this coming week. Come by and see us today. Please share! Tomorrow, Friday, May 22nd we will have the grill fired up and ready to go at 4pm. We will be grilling our famous chicken and steaks. We will also have our jumbo baby back ribs and some specialty sides as well as fresh, made from scratch, peach cobbler with whipped cream. Also, watch for some new menu items as well as some extended summer hours! Lastly, some of our customers, that are not big eaters, LOL, have requested we offer some 1/2 size items. Therefore, we will be doing some half size sandwiches and platters for those smaller appetites. We will post which items and pricing next week along with some reels introducing the construction of the new menu items.
