WEDDING TIP WEDNESDAY!
Many brides like to do a lot of do-it-yourself accents for their wedding, but just be aware that often these things take more time that you think. Take it from someone that likes to be a part of every detail, that often you can't get everything done on your own. Trust others to help. Either get a lot of help from reliable friends and family, or maybe prioritize the things that you really want to do yourself, and then be able to let other people help with the other accents.. You don't need to be apart of every single detail of the wedding. If other amazing people offer to help . . . let them help! You might find it challenging and it can add a lot of stress if you try to get everything done yourself. 💍💞😅

CHICO BRIDAL SHOW - August 20, 2023.
Planning a wedding in the next couple years, we recommend you attend a Bridal Fair. The Chico Bridal Fair is this weekend. Here's a tip: most vendors (if not all) will have a raffle for items that they offer so I recommend you preprint out small address labels with your name, phone number, wedding email (as we suggested a few weeks ago), and the date of your wedding. Instead of writing down all of your information each time, simply attach the label and you are off to the next booth! Unfortunately, we are unable to attend this weekend, but many amazing vendors will be there. You can always check out our website at: premiereventrentals.net.

WEDDING TIP WEDNESDAY!

How to honor those who are not with you anymore? This can be a very, very difficult thing to navigate, especially when this is your mother, father, sibling, or someone who has had a huge impact in your life. There are several ways to honor them. One idea is to leave a seat in the row where that special someone would have sat. Pictured is one for the bride's father who died just months before the wedding. The bride wanted his chair saved with a sign and some flowers. We talked with the groom about if he had more time with his father-in-law what he would have enjoyed doing with him, and he said that they would have fished together. When the groom walked down the aisle, he was carrying the reel and placed it on the chair and honored him for a moment. Another idea we have seen was when the bride's sister passed away as a young child. The bride had a special table built (this one by the groom) which had a picture of the sister on it and it was placed where the maid of honor would have stood. They played the sisters favorite song as she would have come down the aisle and a bouquet were placed on the table. This was a beautiful moment to remember the hole that had been experienced by family and friends for so many years, and the wedding moved forward with incredible moments of laughter and fun. Also, you can have a memory table with pictures of your loved ones and a candle that burns in their honor. Finally, it might simply be still too difficult, and that is okay too. This day can be very difficult when loved ones are watching from heaven. What are some other ideas that you have seen to honor loved ones?
