Yesterdays NAACP Gala at California Park Pavilion. It was a “Black tie event.” We served Chicken Marsala, White Wine Rice Pilaf, Blanched Mixed Vegetables in Garibaldi’s special spices,among other dishes. Again my staff was amazing! You guys are the best.

I was honored to cater for the NAACP Black/White Gala last weekend. Everyone loved the service, and menu (Chicken Marsala, White Wine Rice Pilaf, Blanched Mixed Veggies, and Starburst Salad). My servers did a wonderful job, and we all enjoyed this cultural event.

May 13th we catered a retirement party for Major Ray. He was retiring after more than 30 years of service in the Salvation Army. QWe served his favorites: Lobster, Grilled Tri Tip, Tumeric Herb Chicken, Garlic Cheddar Mash Potatoes, Blanched Mixed Vegetables, and Starburst Salad (strawberries, mandrin oranges, feta cheese, red onions on greens with a strawberry raspberry vinaigrette).
