An update to services at Hearthara Culinary

I love helping people bring their ideas to life, grow their businesses, and chase their dreams. But the time, knowledge, connections, and work that go into that support are part of my business—and I can no longer continue providing that work without being paid.

Moving forward, business development consultations must be scheduled. Our consultation rate is $30 per hour.

Consultation services include:

• Small business startup planning, business development, and growth strategy
• Food truck business planning, menu development, pricing, and operating strategy
• Food truck and vendor readiness for markets, festivals, and large events
• Budgeting, cost analysis, and revenue planning
• Marketing, branding, and promotional strategy
• Event concept development and festival planning
• Sponsorship and partnership planning
• Event logistics, programming, and operational guidance

We are also moving forward with consistently charging for vendor sourcing and programming services we have offered for years. If you reach out looking for a particular vendor, a food truck, or help building your event lineup, we have a service for that:

Single food truck sourcing: $25 to find one truck for your event or location.

Full event lineup and programming: A scheduled $30, one-hour consultation to determine your needs, followed by a proposal and contract outlining the scope and cost.

Food truck placement management: A scheduled $15, one-hour consultation, followed by $30 per booking we secure for you.

These requests take time—from identifying the right fit and checking availability to coordinating details and securing bookings. That is work, even when it starts with “Hey, do you know someone?”

I would never walk into your business and expect your services for free. I have reached the point where I need to hold that same boundary for mine.

We are happy to continue supporting your dreams, but we have to support ours too—and part of that dream happens to be paying our bills.

I love my vendors and this community. But I am out of liquid in the cup to pour from, and I cannot keep giving without replenishing it. Without reciprocity, there is no continued growth.

We’re looking for makers, artisans, holiday vendors, and baking competitors to join a festive day featuring a Christmas market, ice skating, Santa, food trucks, live music, and some delicious competition!

The handwritten recipe card stained with years of use. Your grandmother’s Christmas cake. The dish your dad made every holiday. The cookies you now bake with your own children.

Those recipes hold more than ingredients—they hold memories of the people we love and the tables that brought us together.

For **Taste of Titans: The Great Christmas Bake Off Community Cookbook**, we’re inviting you to share your family’s recipe and the story behind it.

Tell us who created it, what makes it special, and how it became part of your family’s traditions. You can also include photos of the dish, the person who made it, or the family moments where it was served.

Today started with us soaking wet and setting up in a downpour, but the skies cleared and it turned into a beautiful day! ❤️

We are so grateful to all the guests, vendors, Cambridge Square businesses, and musicians who joined us today. We had vendors report their highest sales of the year so far, and our guests had an amazing time. That is exactly what we work so hard to create—events that bring people together and help our local businesses thrive.

A huge thank-you to Amelia and Ironmama Events for the awesome Lederhosen Loop, which quickly became the crowd favorite event of the day! And to Traveling Party Studio for doing such an amazing job designing and running our kids zone—you helped make the day special for so many families.

Thank you to all of our incredible sponsors who made the day possible, and to Cambridge Square for the opportunity to partner together and do good work for our local businesses.

The biggest thank-you goes to Ashlie, Kymmy, Melanie, Jax, Yess, Jamie, Maddie, and Lindsey for their hard work today. From setting up in the rain to keeping everything running and getting it all packed up, this team showed up and gave it their all.
