I don’t think I’ll ever stop being amazed by what happens when a group of women decide to make something beautiful together.

Lexy somehow turned every half-baked idea into art. Tina Marie with a gorgeous food spread. Diane opened her home for the friendship ceremony. Every single friend contributed something - time, food, music, setup, cleanup, stories, creativity, kindness. The weekend belonged to all of us.

Watching people slow down, write with their hearts, laugh, cry, make friendship bracelets, and celebrate one of the best humans we know filled my cup in a way I can’t really put into words. (I know this is still a lot of words!)

Love you, Brittany Aragon! And love every person who helped make this weekend feel like home.

Mexico games in the World Cup is the littliest! I can’t keep up w yall in the party / celebration department. Anyways, here is my first episode of documenting all the way as I disappoint Valarie.

Uprooted trees and downed power lines after 70+ MPH winds hit Chicago. Glad neighbors and animals are safe but I feel bad for these old historic trees :(

A few shots from Ukrainian Village after today’s storm rolled through. Most of these trees have probably been here longer than us. It’s an honor to live in this historical district and I’m glad everyone is safe.
