What do we do for Prom send offs you ask: we make sure there food is great, desserts are so delicious people call the next day asking for more, hire the best photographer to capture the event, make sure the music is right, nails done to perfection, hair done as wanted, stylist to help plan the look and create the custom pieces you want, makeup done right, the perfect flowers, decorate your space, and even help get your young person to and from the appoints if needed.

We are helping rent another GREAT condo. The address is roughly 1500 E. 67th place. Here are the deets:

3bdrm/2bath
Granite/hardwood and can come FULLY FURNISHED, if needed.
Secure parking spot in the back, with a nice balcony in the front. Open concept kitchen into the living room space with a gas fireplace. 5 minutes from Hyde Park and 3 minutes from Lake Shore Drive.

You can walk to the house music picnic at Hayes Park! A condo means you pay your own utilities, cable etc, just like a home. The association fees and water are included in your rent. This one is $1300.00/month. Security deposit of one months rent and first months rent is due if accepted. If you're interested in seeing it, please send us a message!
