The Liven It Up Events Team is made up of a collection of experienced and seasoned Event Planners and Producers. Coming from different backgrounds, each planner brings a unique perspective to the table, but all of us have the same goal: to create the event that you envision. When you engage with Liven It Up Events, you will benefit from working with a primary Event Planner, as well as knowing that the Planners and Producers work together to support one another and bring fresh ideas to your event. In the end, the team will craft, plan, and produce a memorable event and experience.

Watch this full venue transformation at City Hall Events for Leo Burnett’s 90th Anniversary and Holiday Event 🎪

Guests were first welcomed into a warm, understated space—great vibes, delicious food, and just a hint of what was to come. Then… our Greatest Showman opened the curtain and invited everyone under the big top.

What awaited them?
🎠 A completely transformed room that mimicked under the big top
🎟 Carnival game trailers + interactive food stations
🍭 Cotton candy + a live face painter
🤸 Acrobats, mime, & contortionists in motion
🌱 A custom Jolly Green Giant (a nod to Leo Burnett’s iconic creativity)

There’s something magical about transforming an everyday office into a fully immersive holiday experience. For this event, we leaned into winter-inspired textures, lighting, and seasonal details to create a true Winter Wonderland that felt elevated, festive, and full of joy.

✨🎄 This 1920s speakeasy–themed holiday event was the perfect way for our client’s team to celebrate the season in style.

From a secret entrance and a mobster welcoming guests, to immersive photo ops, custom branding, and luxury décor finishes, every detail was thoughtfully designed. The night came alive with a DJ + live saxophone, a caricature artist, classic society cocktails, and interactive food stations — all created to celebrate the people at the heart of the company and their culture.

Guests were welcomed by live singing carolers, stepped onto a red carpet photo moment, and then entered a whimsical cocktail reception complete with passed hors d’oeuvres and a custom espresso bar. The evening continued with a Christmas-themed dinner design, featuring festive stage décor, elevated centerpieces, and classic red and green holiday linens that brought the room to life.

This awards show was packed with an energetic crowd and some top tier entertainment.

Not only did the room look incredible, the acts that were sprinkled in through the evening were exciting and in moments, jaw dropping!

When the guests were welcomed into the room they were greeted with an LED poi spinner. Then the stage acts started with a custom opening dance number, followed by a cyr wheel performance, then an umbrella balancing act, to AGT roller skating duo to an all act ensemble closing number to Disco Inferno. It was incredible!

And don’t forget, 900 guests ate dinner and an awards show mixed into this! Just another Tuesday night for us!

This magical holiday event came to life on the top of Mulholland Drive. Bringing together the construction industry in Los Angeles to celebrate the holidays.

Guests were greeted by carolers, enjoyed bits, sips, and espresso drinks taking in the view, and a fun and vibrant room waited for them to network and enjoy a dinner and program!

It was a fun way to kick off the holiday season!
