There are days that I can’t find words for. Days with deep meaning and gravitas. Yet, that realization usually comes during reflection. I rush too much but this honor I get to do sometimes, the act of slowing couples down to be fully present to these moments…is such a gift. Not just a gift to them, but genuinely a gift to me. & are not only dear friends but incredible humans. I’m absurdly thankful to have them in my life and this was a true honor to capture their elopement. A few black and white images from this absurdly beautiful day. Congrats my friends, I’m finding great joy in you two finding one another. 🖤

This is an all-time toast/reception photo for me. If this was my family, I’d have this printed and framed on my wall. What a moment! I love that we get to deliver stuff like this to our couples, it’s not instagram sexy (aesthetically ballrooms are not my jam, I don’t fancy the decor, or the uplighting, etc.) but this is a moment of the good life, the good ol’ days, something really special.
