There are days that I canā€™t find words for. Days with deep meaning and gravitas. Yet, that realization usually comes during reflection. I rush too much but this honor I get to do sometimes, the act of slowing couples down to be fully present to these momentsā€¦is such a gift. Not just a gift to them, but genuinely a gift to me. & are not only dear friends but incredible humans. Iā€™m absurdly thankful to have them in my life and this was a true honor to capture their elopement. A few black and white images from this absurdly beautiful day. Congrats my friends, Iā€™m finding great joy in you two finding one another. šŸ–¤

This is an all-time toast/reception photo for me. If this was my family, Iā€™d have this printed and framed on my wall. What a moment! I love that we get to deliver stuff like this to our couples, itā€™s not instagram sexy (aesthetically ballrooms are not my jam, I donā€™t fancy the decor, or the uplighting, etc.) but this is a moment of the good life, the good olā€™ days, something really special.
