The Miracle Brothers Event Specialists is a full-service event planning and management company. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with breathtaking events that surpass even their expectations.

We are seeking a Wedding Sales Manager to attract new clients and maintain existing client relations. The primary responsibilities for the Wedding Sales Manager is to generate lead, nurture them through the sales funnel, and answer all questions and needs that clients have throughout the booking process. This position offers flexibility to work at a time that is convenient for you.

The ideal candidate for this position would have a client-centric approach with both inside and outside sales expertise. This candidate must have notable success building rapport, analyzing customer needs, and overcoming challenging obstacles. The best candidate will have experience marketing wedding planning services both in-person and digitally.

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
• Marketing wedding planning services in person & online
• Using the candidate’s existing book of business to book events
• Networking with existing and new leads
• Converting hot leads into signed contracts with enthusiasm
• Creating quotes, contracts, and invoices for clients
• Forward the guest details to our staff event coordinators
• Performing general administrative tasks such as sending emails, making phone calls, and errands

Requirements:
• Must be local to the Chicago, IL area
• Strong Sales track record with an “Always Be Closing” attitude
• Marketing experience, both in person and digital
• Ability to come up with innovative ideas for lead generation

This position is 100% commission based with quarterly bonuses.
