Chicago winter never suited me…but I make it work every time. One thing I learned this last few months was that presence is really important to me - being aware of who I decide to show up as in life and how I can be a positive impact on what’s around me. I quit drinking. I soft launched my record label. I popped 11 shows in 14 weeks…but more than anything I realized DJ-ing is an act of service. In-between the optics and the algorithm there’s the music…and it’s healing, it’s connecting, it’s inspiring. So don’t get it twisted. I’m in this for deep mystical truths. Everything else is just part of the scenery. ❤️

A year ago in Amsterdam, I stepped into a room with no expectations - just a USB and a shot to prove something to myself

That night changed everything.

I’m grateful I got to take part in a competition that pushed me, inspired me, and connected me with people I genuinely respect.

ADE week was the start of many firsts in my journey; and most importantly the first time I felt like I understood what my contribution to the world would inevitably be. For all the times I had questioned my purpose, I finally felt an unconditional surrender to a deeper truth.

And so fast forward, I’ve been invited to play my first F2F in Spain with as part of that journey.

See you April 11th, Granada 🇪🇸

There are 33 days left in 2025. I’d like to earmark this day with the debut of my BCCO New Faces Mix. You can listen to it on SoundCloud / link in my bio. One hour of hardgroove techno with what I truly believe is a showcase of how my skill and sound have evolved. To be one of 30 chosen out of 1200+ applicants is insane 😵‍💫 In the spirit of gratitude this holiday season id like to look back on some milestones this past year:

1) my first international gig at ARCAN in Vietnam supporting my Melbourne homie PIRACY FOR HIRE
2) being invited by FORMAT to close SMARTBAR for MARRØN
3) many many REDLINE and other underground gigs
4) playing my first MOVEMENT afters at LELAND CITY CLUB
5) being invited to play my first out of state for PROPER TECHNO and my homie DJ IV
6) playing the springtime EDM Chicago showcase
7) performing at ADE for the F2F seedj competition
8) Chicago Music Nexus, Chicago Electronic Music Conference, and Amsterdam Dance Event
9) my Radius / Cermak Hall debut opening for Lars Huismann and Alignment

10) not pictured - the countless hours I spent practicing at home, dm-ing people to secure gigs, learning to advocate for myself and check my self doubt - all while finding time to see all the DJs I want and support all my friends in every little way possible … for no motive other than to spread love and uplift my community. Yes, I am EXTREMELY proud of that part more than anything (because it means I found my people)
