Smoked prime brisket with original BBQ sauce and housemade pickles. Pulled pork and pulled chicken with apple slaw. Rib tips, spare ribs, smoky sausage, chicken gumbo, and even a Vegan Smokey Joe that actually holds its own.

This is BBQ built on a fine dining background, but made for real events, real crowds, and real appetites. Safe to say your guests will be thinking about this truck long after the plates are cleared!
