THE HONEY TRAP EXPERIENCE 🍯

Consider this your invitation to buzz with us.

Hosted by Naomi G at Hoste, The Honey Trap Experience brings Sherrionn and Chanelle Tru together for an intimate night of R&B and hip-hop, putting the spotlight on two Chicago women with their own sound, style, and point of view.

Expect a golden room, a little nectar, and a music worth getting caught up in, featuring a special DJ activation with our friends at The Vinyl Collectiv

Come for the buzz and leave a little sweeter ✨

I’m Andie. If you missed our show, here’s a little look into the magic.✨
and Sofar Sounds created The Listening Room, a space devoted to hearing music differently.

It was a super vulnerable and special experience for me to connect with the audience on a different level and see live reactions to my studio recordings over the Polk Reserve speakers after performing our set.

In my song “Maneater,” one of my favorite elements is the vocal arrangement and how my background vocalists interact with my lead vocals on the record.

When I perform live, I’m often singing alone, so I really miss those harmonies and how they breathe life into my song. There’s also a sneaky little shaker in the background of “Maneater” that almost didn’t make the final mix – but it was too groovy to leave out!

There’s a story behind every song. This Fall, you can hear it straight from the artist.

Sofar Sounds is teaming up with Polk Audio to bring you The Listening Room: a night of live sets from emerging artists, followed by an intimate lounge session where those same artists hang, talk, and let their sets play back through Polk’s Reserve Series speakers.

Grab a cocktail. Hear the songs the way the artists actually hear them in Polk’s Listening Room. Ask the questions you never get to ask.
