Between Lower Wacker and street level loading docks..Downtown Chicago deliveries are always exciting...(he said fecitiously).

Deliveries are made in the alley behind this building.

My guess is this alley was designed for use with horses and carriages. Anything bigger than the cars you see, need Crisco to grease them through.
