+Rental includes 18 5ft rectangular tables and 50 chairs (there is also some outdoor seating in the courtyard)
+100-150 capacity
+22 space parking lot
+Free street parking

+Able to bring in own catering
+Rented in initial 4-hour block of time with option to add additional hours and a 10% discount for rental of 8 hours or more for one

event (additional security deposit required refundable upon passing of post-event inspection)
+Prices vary depending upon day of week
+Payment in full required 2-3 weeks in advance of event (cash or check)
+Additional equipment, accessories available for rental but able to bring in your own (i.e.: additional chairs, canopies, tents, coolers, electric roasters, etc)

Community Service Options, Inc is hosting a free resource fair next Saturday, August 25th from 10 AM to 2 PM. This fair supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. There will be 3 informational presentation re: guardianship and power of attorney; Medicaid; and Social Security. We will be registering individuals on PUNS (the waiting list for ID/DD waiver services). There will be dental services, free health screenings, activities for the kids, food, and much more.
