"The secret is in the layering—combining structural greenery, pure white roses, and clear glass cylinder candles along the floor to cast a soft, warm glow.

From the customized monogram backdrop to the botanical sweetheart table, every detail was designed to feel natural yet effortlessly sophisticated. ✨🌿

Giant flower installations framed by romantic candlelight, lush floor-to-ceiling green-and-white florals, and warm flame light reflecting off fresh greenery and crisp white drapery 🤍🕯️

Thank you, Noel & Tram, for letting Pinky Events be a part of your special day and trusting us to bring your vision and dream wedding to life!" 🥂💫

Sự tinh tế đến từ nghệ thuật sắp đặt—kết hợp hài hòa giữa sắc xanh lá tươi mát, hoa hồng trắng tinh khôi và những ly nến thủy tinh lung linh dọc lối đi.

Từ phông nền thiết kế logo tên riêng đến bàn sweetheart dâu rể tràn ngập hoa lá, từng chi tiết đều được chăm chút tỉ mỉ và tự nhiên nhất. ✨🌿

When the bride sees it for the first time… 🥹✨

That moment when all the planning, designing, and countless little details finally come together — and seeing the bride’s reaction makes it all worth it. 🤍

A beautiful space, a beautiful love story, and a reaction we’ll never forget. ✨

A modern take on a timeless Vietnamese tradition 🌿

Soft ivory, blush pink, and touches of sunshine yellow come together with delicate florals, natural rattan, and traditional details to create a tea ceremony that feels both elegant and deeply meaningful.

Honoring tradition, while making it beautifully yours. ✨

POV: Turning my wedding setup day into a reality show because there’s NEVER a dull moment. 😂🎬

From loading the van like a game of Tetris, racing against the clock, last-minute changes, sweating through setup under the heavy rain and thunderstorm and somehow making wedding magic happen… this is what really goes on behind the scenes. 🤪💐✨

No script. No retakes. Just pure event planner chaos. 😅
Would you survive one day on my crew? 👀👇

✨ A Day in the Life of a Bilingual Wedding Day Coordinator ✨

Many people think a wedding coordinator just shows up on the wedding day… but there’s so much happening behind the scenes! 🤍

As a bilingual wedding coordinator, my job is not only to keep the timeline running smoothly, but also to bridge communication between families, vendors, and guests when language barriers arise.

What I do behind the scenes:
💍 Coordinating multiple vendors on a tight schedule
💍 Managing last-minute changes and unexpected situations
💍 Translating and communicating between English and Vietnamese-speaking families
💍 Keeping the couple stress-free while handling everything behind the scenes
💍 Making sure traditions, tea ceremonies, and cultural details are honored correctly

From the first setup to the last dance, I’m constantly moving, solving problems, answering questions, and making sure every detail comes together perfectly.

Your wedding day should be about making memories—not worrying about logistics. Let me handle the chaos while you enjoy every moment. ❤️
