For Bella’s Bat Mitzvah, we turned the room into a soft pink ballerina dream, with every production detail helping the theme come to life.

Bloomberg’s panel had six microphones.
We brought seven. 🎤

The seventh was for the audience.

At Loft Lucia in Chicago, our setup made room for both sides of the conversation with panel audio, a dedicated Q&A mic, live captioning and screens to help guests follow along.

Behind the scenes: a confidence monitor, presentation timer and video switcher supporting the people up front.

A lot goes into getting a room ready to listen and ready to join in.

Every foot of floor space belonged to guests — but the production couldn't shrink.
