Two years down...and we're already excited for Year 3!

Two weeks ago, our team had the privilege of producing CEDA Energy Services' 2026 Staff & Partner Intake Site Training for the second consecutive year.

This year's training brought exciting new elements, including a new venue at Malcolm X College, breakout sessions, and more opportunities for attendees to learn, connect, and engage with one another. Seeing hundreds of staff and partners come together over two incredible days reminded us why we love creating experiences that make an impact.

A heartfelt thank you to Latoya Butler and the entire CEDA Energy Services team for trusting K. Carlton, inc. once again. We truly value this partnership and appreciate the opportunity to help bring your vision to life.

As Chicago welcomes the 117th NAACP National Convention, we're looking back on a project that means a lot to us.

In 2024, K. Carlton, Inc. was honored to partner with the NAACP and Choose Chicago to produce the press conference announcing that Chicago would host this year's convention.

What makes it even more special? We brought it all together in just 4 days. From venue logistics and floor plans to stage design, lighting, guest check-in, and event-day management, our team was proud to help create a seamless experience.

Congratulations to everyone who made the 117th NAACP National Convention a success. We're grateful to have played a small part in the journey.
