A Message From Dream Creations Gift Boutique

At Dream Creations, we take pride in serving our community with professionalism, integrity, and creativity.

Recently, statements have been made publicly regarding a prom decoration order. While we understand that emotions can run high when expectations are not met, we believe it is important to address concerns with facts rather than speculation.

For this particular event, payment terms were not completed according to the agreed schedule. Final payment was received only a couple of hours before the event, making portions of the original vision impossible to execute within the remaining timeframe. Despite these challenges, we worked diligently to provide services, equipment, and décor elements that were available, including the custom marquee letters visible in the client’s own photographs.

Although we were not obligated to do so, a partial refund was voluntarily issued in an effort to be fair and professional.

Dream Creations has proudly served hundreds of customers, families, graduates, churches, organizations, and businesses throughout the Chicago area. Our reputation has been built on years of hard work, quality service, and customer satisfaction.

We remain committed to resolving concerns respectfully and privately. We will not engage in public arguments, but we will continue providing excellent service to our customers and community.
