Choco-flan is also known as impossible cake. Why? You might be asking, when the cake goes into the over, both the chocolate sponge cake & flan batter are together but not mixed then separate while baking just like magic!

Our choco-flan is made with a layer of rich Mexican chocolate sponge cake & a creamy layer of vanilla flan then served with caramel or cajeta on top!
