What a weekend at Wolfie's Ribfest! Thank you for giving us a space to sell our BBQ.
We won the judge's choice award! Our char siu rib was smoked using post oak then braised and glazed in our house made char siu sauce. It was the same rib we did last year, with a couple of minor adjustments. Last year we didn't make the top 3. Sometimes all it takes are some minor adjustments to get the result you are looking for. Congrats to for winning the People's choice award.
