It’s been a crazy year dealing with managing & paying the mortgages for 2 houses, Kenzie’s new school schedule and activities, the wife’s promotion and her new schedule, my routine trips to the hospital, etc… Some days I miss the hell out of Smokin' G's LLC BBQ Catering! The challenge of battling the fire with charcoal, the aroma of Hickory 💨💨💨waking up the entire neighborhood, and dealing with the different spices 🌶️🌶️ and herbs 🌿🧄 of some tender 🇯🇲Jerk Chicken 🇯🇲! The tenderness and bone sucking of some “no teeth necessary” rib tips 🐷. Hot Links 🌭 with the snap of the skin *sigh*; we will definitely be back next season once I get everything sorted properly, but I was just having a moment today!!! 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

Tested out a new concept today “chicken tips” since so many people are shying away from pork tips Smokin' G's LLC BBQ Catering. Put a special marinade on them yesterday, put a rub on them today and grilled them. They came out good as hell but I would definitely have to buy them at bulk to fill a quarter part or half pan. In the testing phase right now but they definitely may appear on the menu! Today’s smoke 💨 is definitely dedicated to Brother Spencer Leak Jr.
