After years in the food service and entertaining industry, our illustrious leader Danielle Kruse took her accumulated knowledge and experience, and started Ambiente Chicago (ahm-BI-ent-ay), a full service staffing, catering, and event services company. Offering an comprehensive list of services one could want at an event wasn’t enough, though. Danielle has pledged to use her catering powers for good, utilizing compostable and recyclable serving trays and utensils, and handling transportation to the processing facility herself. We also partner with local services like Jo’s Snow Cones and Fig Catering, which is just the tip of the iceberg!
