We serve meat but Gluten free and vegan items are a specialty. We strive to provide tasty, nutritious, made-from-scratch wholesome food that is sourced as locally as possible. As many ingredients as possible are organic and biodynamic. Menus and prices are subject to change depending on what's in season, etc. The majority of our pastries are made in house, and are augmented by a local French-style

bakery. Breakfast is served from 8:00a. to 11:30am, lunch from 11.30 to 3.30pm. Coffee, tea, cold drinks and pastry are available from open to close. We are occasionally open for dinner and weekends, depending on events in the community. Check back here for updates.

Our Story

Threefold Cafe is a dynamic natural foods cafe adjacent to the campus of the Green Meadow Waldorf School. We strive to provide tasty, nutritious, made-from-scratch wholesome food that is sourced as locally as possible. As many ingredients as possible are organic and biodynamic. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free diners will always find a delicious range of options here at the cafe. The majority of our pastries are made in house, and a good portion of those are gluten free and vegan. Additionally we have recently begun producing a range of paleo baed goods too. (zero sugar cane sugars, zero grain, zero dairy) . Breakfast is served from 8:00am to 11:30am, lunch from 11.30 to 3.30pm. Dinner (a la carte) Fridays 5pm - 730 and Brunch on Saturdays 9am to 2pm. Coffee, tea, cold drinks and pastry are available from open to close.
