Seven years ago today, our lives changed forever. On June 3, 2019, The Allure on the Lake was devastated by a fire.

At the time, we had just completed a major renovation and were looking ahead to a wonderful wedding season for 2019. Couples were counting on us, employees were depending on us, and our family was preparing to welcome a new baby boy. We were excited about the future and everything we had worked so hard to build.

In a matter of hours, it felt like that future had been taken away. What followed were some of the most difficult days & then years of our lives. There were setbacks, uncertainty, and moments it felt impossible to move forward .

What carried us through was the incredible support of our family, friends, team members, vendors, couples, and community. Your support gave us the strength to keep going.

We will never forget what we lost, but we’re incredibly grateful for what we rebuilt. THANK YOU to everyone who stood by us then and continues to support us today. 🤍
