At SRE Event Planning & Design, we do not offer traditional “day-of” coordination because we believe your wedding deserves more than someone simply showing up a few hours before the ceremony. A seamless wedding day is the result of weeks of preparation, detailed logistics, vendor communication, timeline development, and thoughtful management behind the scenes.

Our wedding management process begins approximately three months before the wedding, allowing our team to step in, finalize the details, connect with your vendors, troubleshoot logistics, and ensure every moving part is thoughtfully organized before your celebration arrives.

A professionally managed wedding can require 35–40+ hours of coordination and preparation, not including the additional hours contributed by the team members needed to execute the event successfully. Guest count, multiple locations, venue logistics, wedding date, vendor team, and overall production complexity all factor into the level of service and investment required.

There is absolutely a place for different price points and service levels, but couples should understand that not all coordination services are created equal. If you are comparing a “day-of” package under $1,000 to a professional wedding management team, you are likely comparing two very different scopes of work.
