📢 Important Announcement from Main Event Catering, LLC: New Year's Eve Event Update
Dear Valued Guests,
It is with heavy hearts that we must announce the cancellation of our highly anticipated New Year’s Eve celebration. This decision was not made lightly, and we want to extend our sincerest apologies to everyone who was looking forward to ringing in the New Year with us.
Unfortunately, due to lower-than-expected ticket sales, we were unable to reach the numbers necessary to provide the exceptional experience we envisioned for this special night. At Main Event Catering, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality events, and we could not, in good conscience, proceed without ensuring every detail met our standards of excellence.
We understand that this news is disappointing, and we deeply regret any inconvenience caused by this cancellation.
Our New Year’s Eve event was designed to be an unforgettable evening, and we want to take a moment to share what we had planned:
✨ A gourmet dining experience: Guests would have enjoyed a plated dinner served directly to their tables, featuring seared chicken breast, roasted red potatoes, fresh green beans, warm dinner rolls, and a fresh salad.
✨ Delicious extras: We included hors d'oeuvres to start the evening and a complimentary glass of champagne to toast at midnight.
✨ Entertainment & ambiance: The evening was set to include live performances by Miranda Bury and Johnny Rock-Itt, a photo booth to capture memories, a stunning balloon drop at midnight, and a fully decorated hall to set the festive mood.
✨ More exciting features: A 50/50 raffle was planned to add some extra fun to the evening, along with a selection of drink specials from the American Legion, creating a perfect pairing for the festivities. Additionally, we partnered with a local hotel to offer a 15% discount on bookings to make it easier for guests to celebrate safely and conveniently.
All of this was offered at a very reasonable ticket price of $70, designed to make the event accessible while still reflecting the value of the experience we aimed to provide.
To those who purchased tickets, we will be reaching out to process full refunds. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
We are truly grateful for the support of our community, and while this event didn’t go as planned, we remain committed to hosting memorable events in the future. We look forward to welcoming you to many celebrations to come.
