Kaicey and George’s wedding had the perfect dreamy summer vibe — warm air, soft light, and everything feeling calm and easy. They kept it simple and meaningful with a small ceremony in their backyard, surrounded by close friends and family. It was full of little moments that felt just right. Their son was the ring bearer, and after the ceremony, he got emotional — a sweet reminder of how real and special the day was. 💖

They wrapped it up with dinner at a nearby restaurant, keeping the relaxed, intimate vibe going.

Ginamarie & Joseph’s wedding was relaxed, fun, and totally easygoing—just the way they wanted it. During the groom’s photos, we passed a basketball court and couldn’t resist stopping. Joseph and his guys goofed around for a bit, shooting hoops in dress shoes—it was a quick, funny detour that made for some great shots.

At the reception, things stayed lively. There was limbo (yes, actual limbo!) and everyone was dancing, laughing, and just going with the flow. Next thing you know, the bride, groom, and half the guests were lying on the dance floor—no idea how it started, but it was hilarious and somehow made perfect sense in the moment.

Later, Ginamarie changed into a white jumpsuit so she could really move, and surprised Joseph with a custom sports shirt. They ended the night in matching outfits, just soaking it all in.

Tip inspired by them: Pack a second outfit for the reception. Something comfortable and fun can make a big difference when it’s time to hit the dance floor.

Christa & Dean’s wedding day couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They’re a gorgeous couple—inside and out—and their energy made the whole day feel easy and fun. The timeline flowed perfectly with zero stress and lots of time to enjoy every moment. 💖

The getting-ready photos at Hotel Mercie gave us the chance to capture even more beautiful portraits, and since we were ahead of schedule, we got to be creative and really take our time. The ceremony also ran on time, so we were able to capture all the family photos without feeling rushed. We even found a little park across the street and ended up with some amazing, unexpected shots of the wedding party and the bride and groom. That extra time made all the difference.

When we arrived at Tyde, everyone had a few minutes to relax and freshen up—and we still got plenty of beautiful photos around the venue before cocktail hour even began. We also got to work with our favorite DJ and videographer, which made the day even better.

Pro tip: A smooth wedding day really comes down to great planning and having the right team. Build in buffer time and book vendors you trust. When your vendors work well together, everything just flows—and you actually get to enjoy your day.

Sara and Jeffrey’s wedding was something truly special. Held on a beautiful farm, the day was blessed with perfect weather – With clear skies and plenty of sun, the setting was just right.☀

One of the coolest parts? Sara was not only the bride but also the florist! creating the bouquets and arrangements herself. Every piece felt personal and fit perfectly with the laid-back vibe of the farm. 💐

This engagement session with Erica and Kyle was an absolute joy to capture! They leaned into the fall season perfectly, and the park’s different spots gave us plenty of great backdrops, from the gardens to the stone pathways. We ended at the nearby beach, where they changed into casual outfits and they also had a blanket in hand, adding a relaxed vibe.

One thing that we can take from Erica and Kyle’s engagement session was how a change of location and outfits can bring more variety to the photos. A tip for future couples: if your session spot has different areas or settings nearby, consider using them to switch up the vibe. It keeps things interesting and adds a dynamic range of photos to look back on. Plus, a simple change of clothes can make it feel like you’ve captured multiple moments in one session.
