As we enter busy season, we are working on our detail calls with our Wedding Day Management couples, which take place roughly 4 weeks before the wedding day. What gets discussed in a detail call? Everything and anything, but our process is like this:
Prior to the call, we send you the following to fill out about the wedding you’ve planned:
- Ceremony Processional & Recessional Worksheet - you give us the order you’d like your wedding attendants to walk down the aisle and back
- Decor Instructions Worksheet - this is everything that we are responsible for setting up on the day of the wedding AKA your personal decor (not something coming from a vendor)
- Wedding Day Details Form - questions about the flow
- Vendor and Decor Setup Form - questions about vendors and their setup responsibilities
We also ask you to upload all of your FINAL vendor contracts to the planning portal so that we may review everything prior to the call.
By the time the detail call rolls around, we’ve reviewed everything and we’re ready with any additional questions or clarifications. If there’s something you’re unsure of, that’s ok - we can talk it through together on this call. By the end of the call, we should pretty much be experts on your wedding day and we can create the final timeline of the day. We should both get off the calling feeling good about the ex*****on on the day of.
