☀️ Know the Signs: Heat Exhaustion vs. Heat Stroke
When temps rise, so does the risk. Whether you’re on a jobsite or in the yard, your safety comes first.
Heat Exhaustion:
– Dizziness
– Heavy sweating
– Cool, pale skin
– Nausea or vomiting
– Rapid, weak pulse
Heat Stroke (CALL 911):
– Throbbing headache
– No sweating
– Hot, red, dry skin
– Confusion or unconsciousness
– Body temp above 103°F
💧 Stay hydrated
🧊 Take breaks
🧢 Use shade and cooling gear
🚨 If it’s heat stroke—CALL 911 immediately!
