As we all prepare for Thanksgiving, we would like to say how much we have missed catering for all of our wonderful customers like we have over the years. Our baker has missed spending countless hours making those delicious cakes and pies.

With that being said, we have some exciting news to announce, Krysta Modlin Buck will be opening the Corner Cafe back up and soon! We are happy that she has decided to take on this endeavor and we wish her the best. Krysta has been managing the Cafe as well as other establishments in the Portsmouth area. I know she will do great with her knowledge and work ethic and with all the great loyal customers at the Cafe.

Please be patient with her as she is working with health department to get permits and lining up the staff for the anticipated schedules she is putting into place.

She wants everyone to know, she will have delicious homemade desserts including cakes, brownies, cookies, and cobblers as well as daily specials. In addition, she will be having soup and sandwich specials as well as many items on the original cafe menu. She is going to be trying some new things, so stay tuned to social media pages for this and re-grand opening date.

If any special requests you would like to see upcoming in cafe please, send us a private message and we will respond to each and every one of them.

Looking for a place to grab some delicious food today. We have the dining room open (with social distancing) and to togos and curbside (call when you arrive and we will deliver to your car).

Also, since it is such beautiful fall weather we have our new outdoor seating available!

Please remember to tip your servers even on to Togo’s and curbside as they are putting these orders together and making sure you have everything you need for your meal.

CORNER CAFE is back open today, Thursday, July 8, 2021. Hours today are 7 am - 4 pm and tomorrow 7 am- 7 pm.

Come see new and returning staff and meet and introduce yourself to the new staff. We are very lucky to have such loyal and dedicated customers.

As always specials delicious cakes being served daily. Tomorrow our award winning she-crab along with fresh flounder and shrimp being served with delicious sides.

Every morning, we have made to order breakfast with many options including pancakes, French toast, omelettes, burritos, biscuits and gravy, and much more.

For lunch on the menu, we have a 1/2 lb fresh patty burger, chicken tenders, chicken salad and tuna salad, cold plates and chef salads, club sandwiches, Philly subs, and many more options.

Corner Café Catering is happy to announce now that restrictions have been lifted, we will be available full time to provide catering and event rental services for any size event including graduation, wedding, reception, birthday party, baby shower, bereavement, retirement, rehearsal or corporate event. We will work with each client to plan any event to your specific needs.

Corner Café Catering can provide catering for your event including appetizers, full course meals, buffets, or box meals including breakfast, lunch or dinner as well delicious desserts including homemade cakes, beautiful desserts, and candy tables.

When planning your event, we suggest to our customer to think about all that goes into making a memorable event, so think about decors such as table linens, chair covers, sashes, and napkins. Also we can incorporate backdrops, drapery and lighting. We can assist in this to make your event turn-key.
