One of the things I'm especially proud of is that our Wedding Coordination package begins 90 days before your wedding — giving us time to truly learn your plans, connect with your vendors, work through logistics, create your timeline, attend your walkthrough and rehearsal, and prepare to take over the details when your wedding weekend arrives.

Because even with an amazing plan, unexpected things can happen.

My job isn't to promise that nothing will go wrong. My job is to make sure that when something does, you don't have to be the one figuring out how to fix it.🤍

Yes this! Making sure that even if your venue doesn’t require it (although they really should) that all of your vendors have an active insurance policy is so important!

Why Do We Require Insured Vendors at The Blessed Barn ????????

When planning a wedding, there are so many exciting decisions to make—your photographer, DJ, caterer, florist, hairstylist, makeup artist, cake artist and more.
But there’s one thing that may not feel quite as exciting, yet it is incredibly important……..making sure your vendors are properly insured.

At The Blessed Barn, we require vendors working on our property to carry liability insurance. This isn’t about making wedding planning more difficult—it’s about protecting everyone involved.

🌼Why does vendor insurance matter?

• It helps protect you, the couple, if something unexpected happens.
• It protects your guests while vendors are providing services.
• It protects the vendor and their business.
• It protects our venue and property.
• Most importantly……..⭐️it shows that the vendor operates their business professionally and responsibly.

Accidents can happen anywhere….a piece of equipment could be damaged, someone could trip over a cord, something could spill, there could be a reaction to product that is put on hair or skin, or property could accidentally be damaged.
Liability insurance provides an important layer of protection when the unexpected happens.

We know weddings are an investment, and part of our responsibility as your venue is doing everything we can to provide a safe, professional and worry-free experience from beginning to end.

So when we ask for proof of insurance from your vendors, please know there is a reason behind it.
We are protecting YOUR wedding day just as much as we are protecting our farm.
