At Centennial State Bar B Que we love fresh food. All of our food is made from scratch with only the best ingredients possible. We have a basic menu that we offer but like to mix it up a bit and will have rotating seasonal meats and sides. Please give us a call if you are interested in having us at your next event.

CSB at The Bob tonight from 3-9ish. Applewood smoked pulled pork and baby back ribs along with or smoked whiskey bbq wings. Smashed taters, baked beans, coleslaw and cheesecake brownies for dessert. Also Dan Wright will be playing from 7-10ish. Come on down and see us!

We had a great first weekend at The BoB (The Brew on Broadway) on Saturday and Sunday. Big thanks to Paul and Suzie! We are planning on serving again this Saturday at 38 State Brewing Company. Please come down and enjoy some great craft brew, an inviting environment and some tasty BBQ!!
