Meet Sealy — a goofy, lovable “prince” in search of his forever castle. After being abandoned near Lay Lake, Sealy was rescued on March 22 by Robyn, who earned his trust with food, water, tennis balls, and lots of love. Since March 30, he’s been staying with Matt & Robyn and their already oversized pack of cats and dogs, where he’s proven to be friendly, playful, and incredibly sweet with everyone he meets. Around a year old, Sealy still has puppy energy and doesn’t always realize his size, but he’s gentle, backs off when corrected, and has shown zero aggression.

Sealy is doing amazing in the house — no accidents, has not chewed on furniture, loves squeaky toys, stuffed bones, and tennis balls, and is even learning to enjoy car rides (especially when pup cups are involved). He’s curious and playful with cats (would recommend supervision if the cat is declawed), great with dogs, and just wants a family to love him forever. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots. Come out to the winery to meet Sealy- you’re guaranteed to fall in love.

You can expect a total-body workout focused on low-impact, high-intensity movements that lift and tone muscles, improving strength, agility, and flexibility. Your $25 class fee includes a glass of wine to enjoy after class!!

We will receive a purchase link to get you booked.

Class begins at 11:00 and will end around 11:50! Be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and set up your spot. Please bring your own yoga mat along with a bottle of water and a hand towel. If you have a set of lighter weights or bala bands (2-3 lbs), then feel free to bring those as well! We will provide any other equipment needed. Leggings or biker shorts and grip socks are recommended.
