We are fast approaching retreat weekend, and we need to make sure to talk about the after hours on Saturday!

At 6pm we say goodbye to our day pass guests n friends, then we start the fire to start cooking the wood fire pizzas which are complimentary for our VIP overnight guests. Vendors and performers join us for cocktails n mocktails at the Green Dragon Pub. Everyone just coming together for a more relaxed atmosphere where we just gather as friends. People can hang out, go say hi to the animals, or rest a bit at their glamping/camping site.

To celebrate Bilbo Baggins 111th birthday, bring some sparklers to the party! (some will be provided) Please no fireworks for animal’s safety.
Celebrate, drink, sing, dance while Norsefyre fire troupe and friends preps fire props for some mesmerizing fire 🔥 arts display after the sun goes down.

You don’t want to miss this! Bonfire, pizza, incredible fire art show, and some of the tastiest cocktails under the stars with your fellow hobbits is always magical. 🧙‍♂️

What even is this, you ask?

🧝‍♀️Here, it’s not so much about the crowds, schedules, or performance — it’s about the comfort, and shared wonder of being in a magical, private space like Windy Goat Acres.

🧙‍♂️The magic comes from the feeling that time has slowed down just for the people present and how personal it becomes when you are sitting here stargazing with the wizards or playing chess with the elves, sword fighting the orcs or drinking with the dwarves, or even dancing with fellow hobbits.

🐐We say it’s a retreat instead of an event because here we want to make sure that every guest’s experience here is comfortable and relaxing and inspiring instead of getting lost in the noise and overstimulation.

✨We are intentional about having the setting feel lived in and immersive rather than staged — like stepping into a Tolkien world he would write about, instead of visiting an attraction.

🫶We feel that this private and magically whimsical space creates the sense that you’ve discovered something secret and rare, a world untouched by the busy-ness and hurry and other modern distractions.

🧝‍♂️We just want everyone to slow down, bask in the hobbit spirit and enjoy simple pleasures like food, drink, music, earthy surroundings, genuine companionship, lots of leisure, and goats!

📚Just a simple reminder that joy doesn’t need extravagance. Which is what real hobbits live by!🍻
With that being said, we are never short on quality entertainment and things to do! It’s just… slowed down.
