Imagine having freshly brewed espresso, specialty drinks, and premium coffee right at your wedding or event.

Hello everyone!
Summer Breathwork classes are posted! I am offering monthly classes in both Chehalis and Olympia and would love to see you there! My goal is to create a community focused on healing and elevating at the Soul level. Offering education on what it truly means to transform yourself on an energetic level and to offer an experience of what that feels like. Breathwork has been a great tool for our own growth and understanding of the "us" beyond our roles and responsibilities and what we have been conditioned to think and feel about ourselves. It helps us get out of our head and connect with the real us through our heart. This is true freedom, because freedom does not come from outside of you, it comes from within. Everything we have learned our whole lives teaches the opposite which keeps us trapped, stagnant and in cycles of suffering. Spring Yoga at Vintage Grand Room! 🌸

Join Lauren and Bateaux Cellars for an all-levels yoga class in our historic space on Saturday, March 29th at 10am.

Enter through Mint City Coffee Roasting (they'll have special drinks for attendees!) and head upstairs to our venue. Bring your mat, props, and water bottle.

All proceeds support In My Running Shoes, helping those with chronic illnesses stay active through grants for medical equipment and therapy.
