The Federation strives to facilitate collaboration among member organizations and to collectively promote and foster relationships throughout the Greater Buffalo-Niagara area. Member organizations include: The Bavarian Singers, The Bergholz Blaskapelle, The Buffalo-Dortmund Sister City Society, The Buffalo Schwaben Chor, Concordia Cemetary Historical Association, Club Lorelei, The Cremation Socie

ty, The German American Musicians Assoc., The Kolping Society, S.G.T.V. Edelweiss Schuhplattler Gruppe, Sport Club Germania, and Spring Garden Association.

Our hearts are full but man are we tired! What an amazing event! Thank you to all who attended and supported our 2026 Buffalo German Fest - 42nd Anniversary Celebration! To our volunteers, you guys are rock stars! It's been a crazy non stop 3 days for our committee members. To our vendors and culturals, thank you for making our event truly special! To our performers, thank you for the entertainment and your talent! And to the committee members, look at what we accomplished! You should be proud, because I sure am! Make sure to tag us in your pictures.

More space for the kiddos to play! And while the kiddos play, make sure you check out the 11 cultural displays. We have everything from local authors to model trains and even some of the Federation of German-American Societies of Buffalo and Vicinity table displays. All can be found in the Buffalo German Fest HeritageBurg, located in the amphitheater!

🎉Whew! What an amazing 1st day of the 2026 Buffalo German Fest - 42nd Anniversary Celebration! 🎉Thank you to the committee, all of the volunteers, our vendors, our cultural tables, the Cheektowaga Town Park workers, and of course YOU...our new friends! I hope to have a bit of down time tomorrow to add some of today's pictures. I promise to do better in just taking pictures in general tomorrow! Help a Sista out and tag Buffalo German Fest when you post all of your fun memories of the event. PROST!🍻

Some FAQs about the 2026 Buffalo German Fest - 42nd Anniversary Celebration!

🍻We will have ATMs for your convenience located at the front gate and inside the event. Ticket booths to purchase food/beverage tickets only take cash.
🍻Admission is $6.00, Kids 12 and under are free! There is also FREE parking!
🍻We are family friendly! We will have more to do for the kiddos on Saturday, which is our Family Fun Day. There's a kids tent from 1PM to 6PM and free facepainting from 1 to 4pm. There's even a European Car and Motorcycle Corral on Saturday from Noon to 3PM.
🍻You can purchase as many food and beverage tickets as you want, however, we can't refund what you don't use. Remember our wonderful vendors DO NOT accept food and beverage tickets. These tickets can only be used at the bar and our Imbiss (snack) stand.
🍻You can't bring your fur babies. Sorry, that's a rule of Cheektowaga Town Park.
🍻You can't bring in your own food and beverage. This is our biggest fundraiser for our 11 German cultural clubs/organizations, and we appreciate your understanding and helping us with our goals.
🍻YES! Bring in your German steins to fill at the bar. Don't have one, purchase one from a vendor selling some wonderful steins!
🍻YES! Come dressed in your German best...everyone is doing it 😉Especially the kinder. We have a Hummel Look-alike on Saturday at 4PM.
🍻Event is rain or shine. We have a wonderful pavilion, and numerous tents for your comfort. We also have plenty of seating, so no need to bring your lawn chairs!
🍻Bags are subject to search, so just bring the necessities!
