My name is Daniel Mohlé and I am the owner of MoJo Spices & Catering. I have been involved in the food service industry for most of my life. Throughout my experiences, I have found that there is a market for spice mixes & rubs, especially ones that:
• are made from high-quality ingredients
• can be used in multiple recipes
• are made with a focus on both personal health and FLAVOR!!!!!
• and, wit
h the increased focus on buying local, is provided by a local business. I have been making spice mixes for myself, my friends & family for the past several years. I am a very creative thinker when it comes to flavor combinations. I try to use local ingredients from local providers whenever possible. I believe in supporting other local businesses so that we can all thrive. I have a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Oregon State University. One of my main focuses is to provide high-quality and flavorful spice mixes & rubs. I am also looking for a way to begin making them available to a larger audience. I also am now offering catering services for small parties (up to 20 people). In addition, I am also looking to provide assistance for people who are looking for nutritional guidance. This may include access to recipes and nutritional consultation services as well. My motto is:
