We promise to deliver you a smooth- flowing wedding day experience that allows you to be relaxed, in the moment and 100 % satisfied.You probably already know you only get’s one opportunity to have this moment. The more time you, your parents and friends are engaged in enjoying these moments, is truly when your dream wedding day comes true. We show up on your wedding day with C.T.C. team members that have been trained to deal with high stress situations, and proper protocol for managing emergency situations -staying cool and tactful under pressure so if anything ever arises, you nor your guests will never know!

3. We promise to always make ourselves available to you to answer your questions and hear out your concerns. It doesn’t matter the level of service C.T.C. couples hire us to deliver, all couples benefit from our responsiveness and personable personalities. Sometimes it is the late hours of the night that you might have a fear or concern that strikes, with C.T.C. you will always have someone available to you to problem solve your toughest fears and worries. From the time you book you have access to us 24/7 for unlimited support and guidance throughout your wedding planning process. We even give you access to your very own wedding planning portal to keep all your wedding details in one safe place to access anywhere – whether you are on vacation in the Keys or abroad studying in France, we have you covered so you don’t drop the ball on any of your obligations !

4. We promise to serve you, your family and guests with respect, treating each person as a cherished personal friend without judgement.You know that family member or friend that everyone loves ? You know the one that greets everyone with a warm smile, a friendly hug, always there with a listening ear, on standby to handle and cater to every little need ? At C.T.C. that describes everyone on our team. We are gracious host’s that love to see your friends and family having an amazing good time. Our team is trained in hospitality so that every guest that walks into your event feels the love from the second they arrive. Intentional moments and the feels of the day are our specialty. Proudly serving all people !

5. We promise to be transparent in our recommendations and advice, No lies, no sugar coating, and no wool over the sheep’s eyes. We work with a variety of wedding professional vendors at all price points, to serve all of our clients needs. We have a vendor library in which we are able to assess your needs and match you with your perfect vendor match. We never accept commissions or kickbacks from the vendors we recommend. Vendors cannot pay to be on our preferred list so you can trust that our recommendations are based on our first hand experience working with them and they meet our requirements for being highly rated in those same values we hold ourselves to equality, order, transparency, responsiveness, attention to detail, and overall perfection.

6. We promise from the moment you book us your stress level, doubt and anxiety will fade away. We can’t speak for other wedding planners and coordinators but at C.T.C. we are not a one trick pony. Our resources are long, our knowledge base is extensive, and our values are at the cornerstone of everything we do !
