Hi Everyone!! We are back to cooking for you all after being away for a while! We will be making chicken biriyani and tuna kebabs for sale on Friday September 20, 2024. ◦ Murog Polau ( Special process must have to be taken and utilizing designated mix of spices, chicken and rice cooked separately and then mix to perfection)
◦ Beef Vhuna ( chunks of Beef cooked with various traditional Bengali spices )
◦ Chicken Curry
◦ Sami kabab made with Tuna
◦ Butter Chicken ***
◦ Garlic Naan (Bread baked in Tandoori oven)
◦ Eggplant Bhaji ( sliced Eggplant marinated with spices and pan fried )

** Every order of Murog Polau comes with a Sami Kabob and a boiled Egg.**
