How do we cook for and serve 140 people at a gorgeous wedding? 140 spinach, arugula strawberry salad with homemade balsamic poppyseed dressing, 5 full pans of cheesy béchamel  lasagna, 4 pans of gluten free eggplant lasagna with a scratch made red sauce, 3 full pans of fresh
Vegetables with fresh squeezed lemon juice and Greek herbs, platters of fresh fruit and tons of baguette garlic bread but most of all an amazing team with my sister Lori Metzger and Drew Livingston. 15 hours on our feet but so much fun!!
