Friday night vibes: Breath > Functional Movement > Full Freeform Expression 🪩

We’re kicking things off tomorrow night 9/18 with an opening embodiment session led by Luke Holliday to ground the nervous system and warm up the body through functional mobility.

Once we’re locked into our rhythm, Marc Wild takes the decks for a high vibe ecstatic dance set 🎶 expect the full 5-rhythms flavors for this one!

Arrive early at 6:30pm to settle in. You won’t want to miss the warmup.

Why do we keep coming back to the dance floor? 🌿

Some weeks we arrive bursting with energy, and others we show up heavy and tired. But still every time we step onto the floor, we let the waves of sound move through our being, and let go.

We do this because we need it. The dedicated space where we fully step into presence and let the mind rest, and the body gets to take the wheel.

Having this consistent movement practice is profound medicine. It gives us a space for somatic release, allowing us to physically shake off stagnancy and stress, process unspoken emotions, and reset our nervous systems. We get to witness and connect with our community in an authentic way, giving ourselves and each other permission to just be.

We don't dance to escape our lives; we dance to remember to live them fully. When you consistently show up for the dance, you are building a habit of showing up for yourself.

Anthony Reese Schneider draws on his deep roots in Chicago's Electro House scene to craft an immersive set focused on dancing with your Shadow energies. This is an invitation for raw self-expression and self-examination.

✨ Sunset, Sound & Soul: Sol Sermon x Ecstatic Dance Chatt 7/17 ✨

Tomorrow night, we’re taking the dance floor outdoors at the beautiful Lookout Mountain Flight Park! 🌅

We are thrilled to have local legend Iggy Pops (of Good Noise Collective) joining us to guide the journey. If you’ve never seen him play, you’re in for a treat! He likes to break out the violin during his sets, and it's one of our favorite things in the world. 🎻 It adds that extra layer of magic to his signature groovy house + bass soundscapes.

Local frequency wizard 🪄 John White is bringing one of his custom made in Chattanooga sound systems, making sure the bass hits just right. 🔊

🌤️ Rain or Shine: We’ve got a backup plan! If the weather gets moody, we’ll move the party into the spacious indoor clubhouse.
