Hello PWC fans,

As of this afternoon on 04-26-26, I am having to make the difficult decision in cancelling this year’s Shawn Shultz futures tournament. This was a very hard decision to make, but we are hoping that things on my end will get straightened up and in hopes that we can make a future date in 2026 still happen. I am very sorry for this.

We have made a change to the tag team match. Both Adrian Alexander and T-Y Sutton have been moved to another match. In their place, The Gruesome Twosome Creed Costello and Johnny Sisco will face off against Andrew Thomas and Carson Dilbeck.

Promoter T-Y was asked about the change in match over the weekend: “Creed and Johnny made a very good impression over the weekend at Elite Wrestling Alliance in Danville, KY. This is a team that the South really needs to be paying attention to. I like to view myself as a promoter who gives opportunities to those to impress. These guys did exactly that and I am happy to have them on board for this one. Adrian and I will still be on the card, just in another match. Putting this tag team match on for the fans is exciting for myself and for the fans.”

Entrant #10: DRP

This wrestler was not only highly recommended by multiple promoters, but he’s also Shawn Shultz’s hand picked participant. Coming from Panama City Beach, FL; DRP is already doing great things in the south. He is currently the ProSouth Wrestling All-Out Champion, the winner of the 2025 ProSouth Young Lions Cup, and IWF’s #884. He’s also made his way at TWE, Retinal and 901 Wrestling where he continues his momentum. He is looking to add the 2026 tournament winner to his resume.

The final participant of the 2026 Shawn Shultz Futures Tournament will be Shawn’s hand picked for the tournament. This participant was recommended by multiple promoters and vets all across the south. Be sure to follow us to find out who it is.

Entrant #9: “The Lonestar” Cash Atkins

This young man from Nicholsville, Kentucky is making his names known all over Kentucky and Ohio. Some even say that he is on their top 5 in both states in his already young career. He is looking to make a big impact at this year’s futures tournament.

Entrant 8: “Clown Prince of Chaos” KJ Valentine

KJ may come off as…..chaotic and insane, but this young man is making a ton of noise in the south. He has made his way to Action Wrestling in Georgia, ProSouth Wrestling also being apart of the Young Lions tournament, New Era Wrestling in Alabama and Premier Wrestling Federation. The Fort Lauderdale, Florida main stay is considered a favorite in this year’s tournament. You don’t want to miss this one.

This young man from Slate Ridge, KY is barely getting his feet wet with just over a year experience in wrestling is already powering his way through the competition all over the state of Kentucky and making his way north to Ohio. He will be making his debut in Georgia for this tournament and will be looking to win it all.

For the first time in almost 2 years, Tyler “T-Y” Sutton will be in the RCW tabernacle in action. He will be tagging up with EWA Champion and Kentucky standout, Adrian Alexander to go against Andrew Thomas and Carson Dilbeck . The Mission has been killing it in Chatsworth GA as of late, but both T-Y and Adrian are prepared to surprise Chatsworth GA.

Wrestling out of Chicago, Illinois; Rhome has been competing regularly in the southern region. Having success at Spartan Pro Wrestling in Alabama, Retinal Pro Wrestling, TWE and New South Wrestling; The Main Character is looking to bring that same success to this year’s tournament.
