Lucky #7 at Garden in the Gorge 🎰

For Garden in the Gorge’s Lucky #7 Open House, we brought the Vegas casino-inspired theme to life with dramatic red roses, anthurium, black accents, and statement floral moments designed to feel bold, luxurious, and just a little bit extra.

And this one was SO much fun for us!❤️🖤
We don’t often get the opportunity to work with black and red, so getting to step completely outside our usual color palette was such a fun change of pace. Give us bold colors, dramatic blooms, and permission to turn up the drama… and we’re in!

We also had so much fun incorporating floral picks from Main Event Design to add even more drama and personality to the designs.
Because sometimes you have to bet on the flowers. 🃏🌹

The Saint of Tennessee, an American Treasure.

Dolly Parton was so much more than an incredible singer, songwriter, and entertainer. She was an American treasure because of the way she treated people. Truly an inspiration.

She never seemed to care where you came from, how much money you had, what you looked like, or who you were. She had a way of making people feel seen, valued, and welcome.
And her imagination and generosity reached far beyond music. Through the Imagination Library, she helped put books into the hands of children and opened doors to learning, dreaming, and believing in what was possible.

Her life was a beautiful reminder that you don't have to have everything to give something meaningful to others. And despite not having children of her own, she poured so much love, hope, and opportunity into generations of children.

Dolly showed us that success isn't just about what you accomplish. It's about what you leave behind in the hearts and lives of other people.
An incredible talent. An incredible imagination. An incredible human being.

Thank you, Dolly, for reminding us that kindness, generosity, and a little bit of imagination can change the world. 📚🦋

Yellow is one of those colors that you either love and embrace, or steer completely clear of.

It just happens to be my favorite color, so anytime I get the opportunity to weave those fun, sunny, joyful tones into wedding florals, I’m a very happy florist. 💛

This wedding floral design was all about modern elegance and letting the flowers be the focus, creating a statement without relying on traditional greenery. We incorporated sculptural anthurium, elegant calla lilies, and flowing amaranthus, with beautiful pops of yellow throughout to create movement, dimension, and visual interest.

I loved how the yellow became a thread throughout the day, bringing warmth and personality to the overall design while still keeping everything sophisticated and refined.

Modern, flower-forward, and a little unexpected. Exactly how we like it. ✨
