Our studio dog, Dodger, recently completed his very last wedding... and somehow, he truly saved the best for last. 🤍

The night before, he got to do what he loved most: spend the evening with me and our team while we prepped every last detail, quietly keeping us company one final time.

For nearly 400 weddings, Dodger was part of the Petals & Bark family business. He was there for the late nights, the early mornings, the countless bouquets, installations, and loading the trailer before sunrise.

Our team always joked that Dodger was in charge of our mandatory OSHA breaks. Whenever we had been working too long, he'd remind us it was time to stop for a few minutes, get some fresh air, throw a ball, or give him a few scratches before getting back to work.

The studio feels a little quieter now.

Thank you, Dodger, for being our biggest cheerleader, our best coworker, and the sweetest wedding assistant anyone could ask for. Your paw prints will always be part of Petals & Bark, and we'll miss you every single day. 🐾

These summer florals were inspired by the beauty of Tennessee's native wildflowers, paired with lush cultivated garden blooms in the happiest palette of bright, joyful colors. Every arrangement was designed to feel effortlessly gathered, naturally elegant, and completely full of life for Olivia & Tanner's beautiful day at the Hermitage Golf Club in Nashville.

One of our favorite parts of this design was making every bloom work a little harder. The ceremony aisle markers were thoughtfully repurposed into reception centerpieces, while the broken floral arch found a second life framing the sweetheart table. Renting your ceremony and reception florals is a beautiful way to maximize your investment while keeping your wedding day cohesive and stress free.

If there are flowers nearby... we're probably about to do something completely unnecessary and absolutely beautiful.
So naturally, we threw them in the pool.

Around here, flowers aren't just centerpieces, they're part of the experience. We believe in creating moments that make people stop scrolling, smile, and say, "Wow I've never seen that before."
