Artisan floral arrangements and DIY flower options for local couples wanting gorgeous flowers that don't break the budget. Our process is simple and easy.

We offer beautiful but affordable flowers for weddings in Chattanooga and the immediately surrounding areas. We provide stunning bouquets and centerpieces for under $2k for local weddings. We understand how difficult it is to find fresh floral designs that are creative and relevant without breaking the budget. Via the Flower Carte, the lead designer, Emily Phillips, is able to offer her expertise

and creativity to couples who need only a few floral pieces and who are also interested in ordering extra flowers and greens in order to do their own decorating for their wedding location. We love to support local growers as much as possible! And these flowers are usually our favorite as they tend to be the most interesting and hardy. A beautiful little venue perched on the edge of the mountain above Chattanooga is — It makes for a fantastic destination for both local and destination couples who are looking for something more intimate and unique. This wedding party had their bouquets made by another one of our local florist friends and used our diy package to create their own centerpieces and arbor design 🙌🏼

This year our very own Caitlyn attended last week with one of our favorite people, Jill from . It’s a flower festival hosted by the fabulous at featuring some expert guests like who we are obsessed with (who isn’t?!). Caitlyn and the other attendees got to bask in the knowledge of some of the best flower creatives and we can’t wait to have her apply the new things she’s learned about installations and sustainability to why we do at Flower Carte.

A little peek behind the scenes at our workshop with some of the volunteers who helped us put together over 30 centerpieces for the Banana Ball using all locally grown flowers and greens. Our bread and butter is weddings but it was a pleasure to give back to our community and to do something a little different with our DIY and local focused business.

Did you know that there are different types of dahlias? The dahlias featured on the first slide are called "dinnerplate dahlias," and they get especially huge! Thank you High Point Farms for growing these beautiful flowers :)

Why do we love locally grown, dirt produced flowers? So many reasons but here are a few:
1. A lot of these blooms are pollinator plants which help the support native species
2. Local blooms have nuances that add charm and interest to our designs and packages that flowers grown overseas or en masse do not possess
3. We get to know the people and buy direct! Relationships are so important to a well-loved life.
4. By supporting small local businesses like our local farms, we provide a more sustainable business and help the health of our local economy.
