It is crazy (and frustrating), we know...but we are now completely booked for 2027 (and 2026). Our permit is for 6 events a year and we book out quickly, and early. We will take a handful of names for a waitlist but, tbh, we have not had any cancellations in the past 30 years, except during COVID.
** We will start doing tours for 2028 in mid-April of next year.**

For anyone who hasn't had a chance to get inside the house that comes with the venue, here are some new photos! The waterfront house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One huge bedroom has a king bed and a trundle with two twins, one big bedroom has a queen and a twin, and one bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen has new appliances plus a washer/dryer and gas grill and A/C in every bedroom. The property includes a clay tennis court, boat mooring and dock. Reach out with any questions!
