Hey BBQ lovers!

This is an odd week for us. We are catering a very large wedding this weekend, along with it being a holiday, PLUS we are setting up tents for multiple weddings (4 to be exact!!) for our sister business, KG Party Rentals. Not only that, we are also providing rentals to other multiple places that are having parties, reunions, and other events going on this weekend that we are providing them with tables, chairs, dance floor, and inflatables.

Although we want to attend every single food truck event we can, we are human and can only do so much. We made the hard decision of skipping Moon Tunes this week, as we just cannot do it all. We plan to be back next week, along with being at Trane for lunch!

Thank you all for your continued support of our small business, and we are so thankful to be able to serve you amazing food! See you all next week, we are excited to see your faces again!!! 🔥

Unfortunately we had a flat on our trailer and other complications arose that we need to take care of for the first half of the day, so we won’t be able to make it up for Trane lunch today. We are so sorry for those who were planning on stopping by for lunch…. We are very sad we can’t make it. 😔 We are still planning on going to moon tunes tonight though!

UPDATE:

Unfortunately we had a flat on our trailer and other complications arose that we need to take care of for the first half of the day, so we won’t be able to make it up for Trane lunch today. We are so sorry for those who were planning on stopping by for lunch…. We are very sad we can’t make it. 😔 We are still planning on going to moon tunes tonight though!

For those who have been wondering what our new item is: it’s French fries!! AND NOT JUST ANY FRIES: our French fries are deep fried in beef tallow and sprinkled with our own formulated seasoning!! We are tallow fanatics here at Simply Smoked, and tallow is SO versatile which is why we love it! If you didn’t already know, we also make tallow skincare products under our sister brand, Simply Natural. We wanted to stick with what we love and offer you beef tallow fried French fries! Crispy and flavorful, they go PERFECTLY with our much loved burgers! Next time you see us out and about, have a burger and fries! 🍔 🔥

We are really excited for it! (It will be our first time serving it to the public, so it will be a bit of a learning curve for us!)

UPDATE!

We won’t be at moon tunes tonight, but the concert is still ON as of 12:45pm!

‼️ UPDATE! Due to unpredictable weather, our schedules, and other things, we will not be going to Moon Tunes tonight. Lots of moving parts for us right now and turned out to be a perfect storm (pun intended). Moon Tunes concert is still on for tonight (as of 12:45pm) so please go enjoy the concert and stop by all our food truck friends’ trailers for food tonight!! See you at Riverside next week!!!!
