Job Title: Truck & Trailer Driver – Event Setup Crew (Part-Time)
Location: Charlton, MA
Pay: Starting at $17/hr. – with raises based on reliability, performance, and attitude
Schedule: Part-time with consistent hours + opportunity for extra shifts
Required Days: Mondays & Fridays
Bonus: Weekend availability is a big plus!

About Us:
Simonz Sayz Entertainment brings the fun with inflatable water slides, bounce houses, and party rentals all over Central Massachusetts. We’re known for top-tier service and high-quality events. We need a reliable, strong, and personable driver to help us deliver, set up, and pick up our party rentals.

The Job:
You’ll be driving a truck with a trailer on a scheduled route, loading/unloading heavy inflatables, and setting them up at homes, parks, and venues. You will work in many weather conditions, and need to be okay with getting dirty, muddy, and wet. It’s active, physical work that requires great customer service with a can-do attitude.

Start Time:
Between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM depending on the day’s schedule.
End Time: Varies by route and number of deliveries—some days are short, some are longer.
What You'll Do:
• Drive a truck and trailer to delivery/pick-up sites. (You will be tested on efficiency of being able to tow a trailer.)
• Load/unload and properly set up bounce houses, water slides, and other equipment.
• Work directly with customers – be friendly, helpful, and professional.
• Handle equipment with care and keep everything clean and organized.
• Be on time, ready to work, and adaptable to last-minute schedule changes.
• Always represent our company with pride and a positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For:
• Clean, valid driver’s license (trailer towing experience a must.)
• Able to lift/move 75-100+ lbs. safely and repeatedly.
• Punctual, dependable, and hard-working
• Strong communication and people skills – you’ll be the face of the company on-site.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn, hustle, and take initiative.

What You Get:
• $17/hr. starting pay
• Raises based on performance, experience, and going the extra mile
• Extra hours are regularly available.

NEW INVENTORY ALERT

We have a few new things coming in, in the next few weeks/month.
We are picking up this brand new 60ft obstacle course tomorrow. It can be rented as a whole or can be 2 30ft sections.
Also coming in over the next few weeks is a unicorn bounce house and 3 new waterslides.

Bookings are starting to come in for this upcoming season.
Unfortunately we no longer have tents, tables, and chairs.
We still have our inflatables, foam parties, and mirror me photobooth for your party needs.
