Did you know sliders were invented by White Castle in 1921 and were sold for 5 cents each?

Starting out as miniature burgers, they evolved into so much more, encompassing a variety of sandwich styles. In the 80s, fine dining and high end restaurants incorporated sliders into their offering, creating premium, imaginative versions that pushed the definition further.

At Harvest Moon we love combining classic and modern such as our sweet potato biscuit and country ham slider with apricot mustard butter, as well as delicious takes on classics like chicken salad, and roast beef.

Behind the scenes at a 1000 person catering event! Here’s how we make it all happen 🌾

Molly is one of the best event captains around, always keeping things under control and flowing even when there’s so many moving parts.

This event had 3 different zones each with full bars, food stations, event captains, training captains, bartenders and servers, not to mention our team of chefs preparing all the food.

Despite having 40+ staff on an event, Molly is one of the reasons they all work harmoniously and intentionally to make the event go smoothly!
