We had a wonderful time creating this signature cocktail for the Charlottesville Opera pre party to their Rossini’s Barber of Seville at The Paramount Theater last week.

What cocktail could be better than one named after the playwright himself?

Our operations director, Levi, who has a background in bartending, now helps with developing cocktails (among her many other duties) and loves helping create signature cocktails to match the theme, vibe and atmosphere of your event.
