May had a beautiful slowness to it, but was still filled with meaningful moments, beautiful brides, and memories we'll carry with us.

Every yes moment is different, but each one is just as meaningful.

This month we had the privilege of helping another wonderful group of brides find their dress, and we couldn't be more grateful to be part of such an exciting chapter in their lives.

Little update from our newest associate 🤍

Rhea is continuing to make such sweet progress at the salon. She’s learning quickly, settling beautifully into the space, and one of her favorite parts of the day seems to be curling up next to guests during appointments for a nap.

She still isn’t attending every appointment as we continue working on training and routine, but we’re so proud of how far she’s come in such a short time already. She’s becoming such a calm and comforting little presence around the salon, and so many of our brides and guests have already fallen in love with her.

As we wrap up our month featuring , it felt only right to look back at some of the incredible brides who chose to wear these dresses over the past few years.

One of the things I’ve always loved most about Evie Young is how each gown feels distinct. The collection has such a strong point of view while still allowing every bride’s personality to come through in her own way. Seeing these dresses become part of such different wedding days, styles, and stories has been so special.

One of the things we’ve loved most while featuring this month has been hearing from the people who know the collection best.

When our rep shared what makes the brand so special to her, it perfectly captured why these dresses resonate so deeply with so many of our brides. Fashion forward without feeling like a costume. Thoughtful construction that truly flatters. And gowns that feel expressive, modern, and personal.

So excited to finally share the gowns we selected from the Fall 2026 Halo collection by Evie Young.

This collection felt like such a strong reflection of where bridal fashion is heading right now while still feeling incredibly wearable for our brides. Clean lines mixed with texture, thoughtful structure, softer romantic details, and just enough edge to make each gown feel special without overpowering the bride wearing it.

These were the dresses we could not stop thinking about after market and we are so excited to see them start arriving at The One later this year. 🤍

It was so fun getting to see Evie Young on the runway in Chicago in March. Pictures truly don't do these dresses justice. Being able to see the way they moved and see the details up close really made it clear which dresses from the new collection would be coming to Charlottesville.
