SMOKED CHICKEN THIGHS AND PIMP CHEESE SANDWICH SPECIAL. Your boy Kevin really put his whole foot in this summertime sandwich. Yall ready for this one? Smoked chicken thighs, covered in our tangy bbq sauce, nestled on a sweet summery cheesy bread bed of pimento cheese, topped with bright and zesty pickles, shredduce, and of course some house made ranch. Bbq smoked chicken thighs with pimp cheese AND ranch. I mean come on yall. Why are you still reading this and not eating that. It’s the backyard bbq sandwich Memorial Day deserves. Sweet and citrusy fig lemon dressing sensually massaged into kale, shredded crunchy carrots and crisp bell peppers, some nice and bright red cabbage, and topped off with krispy krunchy sumac seasoned chick peas. well even top it w/ chicken if ya want. It’s the summer salad you didn’t know you needed, cause it doesn’t feel like summer out today. But trust me it’s coming. And this salad is already here. SANDWICH SPECIAL. VODKA SAUCE CHICKEN CUTLET. Ive been talking about this sandwich since September. I’ve been dreaming about this sandwich. Taking home our vodka cream sauce and dipping everything I can innit. The Kevin went and did it. He really really did it. Ok so here it is. Toasted amoroso roll, our soon to be famous vodka cream sauce, hand breaded and fried lil chicken cutlets of joy, crispy crunchy pepperoni cups, melty fontina cheese, and to cut through all those fabulous fatty flavors he slid a nice fresh citrusy fennel slaw inside this sandwich. Yall. Give it up. This might be the winner for sandwich of the year at ye olde pasta shop. Run. Don’t walk. Don’t stroll, fast roll. This Italian classic is hitting the special board today for all yalls tastings pleasures. Spicy Italian sausage nestled inside a roasty toasty amoroso roll topped with grilled hot peppers the long way and carmelized onions. Smothered in house marinara and some secret pizza cheese. This one slaps, it sandwich moggs, no cap it’s looksmaxxing af chat. Freal Freal, don’t trust me go ask james. He knows. And if that isn’t enough. Jimbob gave it the thumbs up. CHICKEN SALAD ON RYE. look yall. It’s chicken salad. You know it. You love it. It’s like a warm hug from your mum when it starts snowing out of nowhere on a Thursday morning and the daffodils are looking defeated. But this sandwich here is a guaranteed smile maker. Classic roasted chicken with celery, red onion, dill, mayo, arugula and all the most secret smiling spices. PASTRAMI PANINI SANDWICH SPECIAL. Yall had to know as soon as we busted out ye olde panini press we weren’t gonna stop at grilled cheeses. This week the boys decided to run it back with a certified panini press banger. Thinly sliced Pastrami with tangy horsey mustard, some beer braised sauerkraut, crunchy red onions, and big melty Swiss cheese. All on a Pumpernickel rye and toasted to melty meaty perfection on our soon to be famous panini press. This sandwich is what you want. It’s what you need. It’s what we feed. Come on down and grab this sucker with both hands and enjoy the finer things in life. Live a little. I know we are.
